Most Artificial grass owners will know that it is an extremely low maintenance product but it isn't a non-maintenance product as some may think. When you have your new fake lawn installed leaves, seeds from flying birds, debris and more will fall on the turf. Moss will grow in Autumn and you don't attend to them it could affect your turf. The Summer season bring much joy and a lot of serotonin to our skin but for artificial grass, due to the heat it can cause flattening of the pile. In winter, frost and snow could stiffen the yarn of the grass so a good regular maintenance is required to keep them looking great as it looked when it was first fitted. These maintenance requirements are due to the seasons we have here in Britain.

 

ARTTRA Grass London recommend that residential or domestic users do maintain their lawn at least on a monthly basis to achieve the great looking lawn you always wanted. For commercial and public areas we recommend brushing it up on a weekly basis.

 

We also do recommend anyone who owns artificial grass especially in the garden to get their synthetic turf services every six months or once a year. Annually services are major and our maintenance team will thoroughly check for rots, weeds, joints, defects   and carry out any repairs required. (Subject to our T&C).
